Real-size comparison for 8 cmEngineered for Maximum Vibration
Rig the Classic Tail on a round jig head for classic bottom-jigging. Use a lift-and-fall technique, letting the sickle tail flutter enticingly on the drop. For wary zander and perch, a slow, steady retrieve just above the structure will keep the tail kicking and trigger aggressive strikes.
Highly responsive sickle tail kicks instantly even at ultra-slow retrieve speeds
Finely ribbed cylindrical body creates enticing micro-vibrations in the water
Versatile design, perfect for jig heads, Texas rigs, or as a spinnerbait trailer
Proven fish-catcher for all major freshwater predators including zander, pike, and perch
Precision-molded from durable, high-grade silicone for maximum action and longevity
The ORKA Classic Tail is the essential soft plastic grub that belongs in every angler's tackle box. Engineered with a finely ribbed cylindrical body, this lure generates subtle micro-vibrations that trigger wary predators. Its classic sickle-shaped tail is precision-molded to kick into action at the slowest retrieve speeds, making it deadly on a standard jig head, dropshot, or Texas rig. Whether you are jigging for zander on deep gravel bars, searching for big perch, or casting into weed beds for pike, the Classic Tail delivers consistent, high-frequency action that fish simply cannot resist.
